Uncertain about his future, Ben Kellerman decides to leave Rome and seminary life to "think about things." Hoping to unburden his mind of doubts and fears, Ben takes a teaching job in the former Soviet satellite, Estonia. In Tallinn, he comes face to face with sex traffickers, drug dealers, unbridled atheists, a cultural chasm, and a very strange vagrant who changes his life forever.
